The opportunity

Join Adobe Design in shaping the future of Enterprise AI tools within Experience Cloud. We are currently hiring a Senior Designer who will be at the forefront of designing the next generation of experiences for enterprise users. We are looking for a hard-working designer interested in creating new and exciting experiences for and with ground-breaking AI technology. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for and will have impact on defining the possibilities within this innovative space!

The work you'll be doing

At Adobe Design, we believe in crafting delightful experiences that help solve our customers needs. In this role, you will impact enterprise experiences, with an emphasis in AI!

  • Conducting foundational qualitative and quantitative researches to drive design direction through engaging directly with users and customers to gain a deeper understanding of their goals. Working with our researchers, you will validate design solutions, conduct quick rounds of usability testing, incorporating results into your design process

  • Identifying problems, re-framing them into opportunities, and co-creating requirements and design plans with product and engineering teams, designers, and users

  • Mapping complex customer journeys, visualizing concepts through story boards, prioritizing scalable information architecture, laying out detailed workflows around tech constraints, building intuitive interactions, and prototyping.

  • Crafting pixel-perfect mockups through combining your creativity with our Spectrum design system, delivering detailed design specs and assets to engineering teams, verifying implementation quality, and tracking success metrics.

What you’ll bring to the team

The ideal candidate should have expertise and passion in enterprise design experiences dedicated to AI technology. Collaboration skills and the ability to champion innovative experiences in enterprise are also essential.
Must-Haves:

  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in product design with a proven track record of success, including 3 years or more experience with enterprise product design

  • Direct experience across a range of design approaches and methodologies, from persona development to prototyping and the many steps in between

  • A proven track record delivering excellent experiences that meet user needs, product requirements, and strategic business objectives

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with being able to clearly articulate a problem space, sometimes in various ways to meet the needs of different recipients

  • A strong sense of aesthetic and sensitivity to content strategy

Nice-to-haves:

  • Direct experience designing for generative AI tools and working with Machine Learning experts on delivering product experiences

  • Deep knowledge and extensive experience conducing research and validating designs

  • A background in data visualization and/or data science techniques

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
