Compensation Package : $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility

What you'll be doing .
- Provide financial analysis to support Sales on customer profitability, pricing, and promotional investments.
- Build financial models for customer bids, contract renewals, and new business opportunities.
- Assess the financial impact of pricing, trade investments, and promotions to ensure margin targets are met.
- Analyze product and customer profitability trends, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with Sales leaders on pricing structures, promotional effectiveness, and margin management.
- Support negotiations with financial insights into customer requests and proposals.
- Monitor trade spending, deductions, settlements, and fines to ensure accurate tracking and control.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results against forecasts and benchmarks.
- In collaboration with RGM (Revenue Growth Management), track market pricing, competitor activity, and category trends to inform commercial strategies.
- Improve financial processes, reporting, and pricing discipline within the retail business.
- Contribute to cross-functional and regional finance initiatives in North America.
What you'll need to be successful .
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
- CPA designation preferred and/or other accreditations such as MBA or CFA
- 3+ years' experience in finance, trade management; preferably sales finance experience in the consumer product goods field
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to influence and support decision-making with data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and analytics tools (Power BI)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure appropriate controls and governance are in place to effectively manage trade spending
- At times, non-finance requests may come to the Retail Finance team, and the candidate must be willing to support ad hoc requests as needed
