We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the Role
At Rula, our Financial Operations team plays a key role in making sure providers can focus on care while we keep the business running smoothly. As a Sr. Financial Operations Insights Associate, you’ll focus on building the automated workflows and reporting that keep our day-to-day operations running efficiently. You’ll collaborate directly with team experts to spot bottlenecks, untangle manual processes, and design smarter, more reliable ways of working. If you love making complex workflows run smoothly and want your efforts to directly support our mission of expanding access to mental healthcare, this role will be especially rewarding.
Scope of the Role
You will develop deep foundational knowledge of our financial operations and apply it independently to assigned projects. As well as owning small-scale optimization projects or key technical components of larger, cross-functional initiatives. Your decisions will directly shape individual tasks and broader team assignments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional peers to align on scope requirements, ensuring steady, predictable progress on all data and automation tracks.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, operational insights, or a role focused on leveraging technology, data, and process automation to improve business functions.
High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with strong skills in data cleaning, merging, analysis, and applying standard statistical methods across multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, Redshift, EHR).
Proficiency in SQL combined with a strong critical-thinking framework for investigating data, pressure-testing outputs, conducting UAT, and troubleshooting pipeline or logic issues.
Proven ability to unpack operational workflows, understand underlying business needs, and independently translate them into clear technical outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.
Foundational knowledge of Python for basic scripting, data manipulation, or automating repetitive tasks.
Experience collaborating directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to map operational processes and untangle manual bottlenecks across platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk.
Familiarity with financial, transactional, or billing datasets (e.g., accounts receivable, collections, throughput metrics).
Ability to build well-structured reports and clearly explain what the data means so operational leads can make fast, informed decisions.
