The Impact of a Senior FP&A Analyst at Coupa:
Coupa Software is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will support various functions across the company, with a particular focus on partnering with business leaders to enhance operational efficiency and profitability in a SaaS environment. The Senior Financial Analyst will play an essential role in supporting financial strategy for customer-facing and customer support teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Own and contribute to essential data models used in the core monthly, quarterly, and annual ARR planning, budgeting and reporting processes
- Perform financial analyses for various ARR and related KPIs
- Develop and maintain relationships cross-functionally to support financial decision-making with forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics
- Build components of the corporate financial presentations, internal presentations
- Support the FP&A team in executing ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision
- Support Financial Analysts in enhancing existing models and development of new models to support business needs

What You'll Bring To Coupa:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related fields; MBA or CFA a plus
- 4+ years of demonstrated FP&A work experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong analytical background with the ability to creatively solve problems with a data-driven approach
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and build complex models (in Excel and Anaplan)
- Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
- Working knowledge of Enterprise SaaS financial reporting and planning for metrics including Billings, Subscription Revenues and Retention Rate
- Ability to deal with conflict and manage expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with enterprise software tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa and/or Anaplan
The estimated pay range for this role is $83,000 - $108,000
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
