Leidos is currently looking for a Sr. Geospatial Analyst.

Summary: The successful candidate will provide imagery support services and Geospatial expertise for commercial imagery to MGCP and International Activities (bilateral and multi-national partnerships) to include support at International Meetings.

Primary Responsibilities:

Search and discover availability of processed/unprocessed commercial imagery supporting standing/ADHOC coproduction requirements. Create graphics with ArcGIS to display relevant data coverage for Area of Interest (AOI). Construct briefing material and on current imagery holdings and/or acquisition capabilities overviews and brief foreign partners as needed. Provide senior level support in areas of Commercial and NTM Imagery Collection. And coordinate with customer for ordering, tasking, and delivery of Imagery Sources. Provide Geospatial Technical expertise to MGCP and other International Meetings and assist in the management of the MGCP imagery requirement deck. Coordinate with SX to maintain current and accurate status of all source data needs. Receive imagery source data from Commercial Data Providers (CDP) and ensure delivery to the international partners for MGCP production. Conduct quality checks of media for correctness and completeness. Construct graphic of media contents to accompany the data the international partners. Communicate with customer offices on status of individual MGCP requirements as required. Generate graphics and shapefiles that display program status upon request by IPMs in support of bi-lateral and multi-lateral International Geospatial Co-Production meetings and outreach. 

Basic Qualifications.

  • Active TS/SCI or eligibility and willingness to obtain a POLY is REQUIRED to be considered.
  • 10 or more years’ experience as an IA/GEOINT Analyst.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience problem solving collaboratively in a multinational environment with foreign partners with a focus on commercial imagery support.
  • Strong experience utilizing commercial software solutions (ESRI ArcGIS Desktop/ Pro, GEGD).
  •  Detailed understanding of geospatial principles including coordinate systems, elevation models, and accuracy values.
  • Strong knowledge of geospatial data types (shapefiles, geodatabases, etc.) and DOD applications (GRiD and, DVOF, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing and articulating national status reports to report MGCP production progress within the International Geospatial Warehouse (IGW).

Desired

  • Familiarity with foreign partner maps, data, specifications and products.
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating clearly and efficiently orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated experience in remaining knowledgeable on the latest trends in Commercial Imagery to articulate these trends in communication with foreign partners.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
