Lead strategy and execution for member enrollment and engagement at Vida Health, optimizing funnels and collaborating across teams for growth.
Vida Health is seeking a Sr. Group Product Manager, Growth to lead the strategy and execution for top-of-funnel member enrollment and engagement.
You will own how eligible members first discover, understand and join Vida- turning awareness into activation. This includes optimizing employer and partner launches, refining targeting and messaging and building scalable digital funnels that convert eligible individuals into active members. You will report to the Vice President, Product Management and work closely with Marketing, Client Success and Engineering to deliver measurable growth across multiple channels and conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the top-of-funnel experience- from employer launch and eligibility through first session booking.
- Design and test new member enrollment pathways, combining behavioral design, incentives and automation.
- Partner with Marketing to create personalized engagement campaigns that boost click-through and conversion.
- Collaborate with Client Success to optimize client-level activation rates and drive ROI transparency.
- Build and maintain growth dashboards and analytics, focusing on enrollment, conversion rate and CAC efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional experimentation- establishing a test-and-learn culture across growth, product and marketing teams.
- Mentor and support PMs and analysts focused on activation and funnel optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree at a minimum.
- 6+ years of product experience, with 3+ in growth, funnel optimization or acquisition roles.
- Strong background in B2B2C models- especially employer-based health, benefits or wellness.
- Deep experience driving top-of-funnel engagement- campaign optimization, landing pages and personalization.
- Data-driven mindset; skilled in A/B testing, segmentation and experimentation tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, Braze).
