About the Role

The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager- B2B Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies aimed at generating payers brokers, employers, health systems and PCP demand, fostering long-term client relationships, and positioning Rula as a leader in the mental healthcare space. This person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including Commercial teams, Product, and Account Delivery), and have ownership of the marketing strategy from conception through execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, a strong grasp of B2B marketing tactics, and a proven ability to influence key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B Growth Marketing or Lead Gen experience including end-to-end campaign management

  • 3+ years of Account Based Marketing campaign and Persona Based targeting experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.)

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)

  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple, compelling messaging

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare IT, health tech, or SaaS marketing

  • Experience building B2B programs and campaigns from the ground up

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR) and industry-specific compliance requirements

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range: $153.8K - $171.9K
