SR. GTM SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
Summary:
GSTV is expanding the team that supports and evolves Salesforce and the adjacent technology stack to enable scale, consistency, and measurable business outcomes across the company. This group bridges people, processes, and tools to ensure teams can operate effectively across increasingly complex supply and demand workflows.
The Sr. GTM Systems Administrator is a high-level individual contributor responsible for hands-on execution and end-to-end ownership of defined Salesforce and associated technology workflows and functionality. This role serves as the primary do-er for complex initiatives, system enhancements, and cross-functional delivery, allowing leadership to focus on higher-impact strategy and organizational priorities.
This role works day to day with Product Management, Engineering, Data Engineering, QA, Media Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Retailer Partnerships, Retailer Success, and Network Operations. Once initiatives are assigned, the Sr. GTM Systems Administrator leads execution with autonomy, while keeping leadership informed and aligned.
This role is a combination of advanced system administration, ownership of medium- and long-term initiatives, fulfilling complex ad hoc requests, and serving as an escalation point for sales technology support.
Your success will be measured by:
· You consistently deliver complex Salesforce and associated technology work from start to finish, and those solutions are adopted and used as intended.
· Salesforce and related systems scale as the business grows and support both supply and demand without creating unnecessary manual work or friction.
· Salesforce and related tools are stable, accurate, and trusted as the source of truth for the business.
· Leadership is able to spend more time on strategy and high-impact work because execution is clearly owned and handled.
· Partners within GSTV trust your judgment and feel confident in both the quality of what you are delivering and the decisions being made
