Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Configure, enhance, and troubleshoot Dayforce HCM to meet business needs.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to optimize HR system functionality and integration.
  •  Manage and support XML-based data feeds, imports/exports, and vendor interfaces.
  • Analyze HR data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity across systems.
  • Provide technical support for mergers and acquisitions, system enhancements, and reporting needs.
  • Deliver end-user training to employees and managers.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience with Dayforce HCM configuration and technical HRIS support. 
  • Strong understanding of XML forms, data feeds, and system integrations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a large, matrixed organization with siloed business units.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge and technical expertise with HRIS; experience with Dayforce HCM strongly preferred
  • Ability to work inclusively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $135,000 + 5% Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
