About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead our most complex customer implementations and help strengthen how implementations are delivered across the team.
Senior Implementation Managers partner closely with finance leaders and technical teams to deploy the platform across complex accounting environments, ensuring financial workflows, reporting structures, and data migrations are implemented accurately.
In addition to leading implementations, this role helps evolve our implementation approach by contributing to playbooks, migration patterns, and internal best practices.
What You’ll DoLead the most complex and high-impact customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
Guide customers through configuring the platform to align with their accounting workflows, financial reporting structures, and operational processes
Oversee complex financial data migrations from ERP, GL, and related financial systems while ensuring data accuracy
Lead testing and validation of financial workflows, reporting outputs, and system configuration
Identify risks or financial/data discrepancies early and drive solutions to keep implementations on track
Serve as a senior point of contact for customers and an escalation resource for Implementation Managers
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to resolve complex workflow or technical challenges
Contribute to improving implementation playbooks, migration approaches, and internal best practices
Ensure a smooth transition to Customer Experience or Support after go-live
Customers successfully launch with core financial workflows and reporting fully operational
Complex financial data migrations reconcile accurately after implementation
Implementations stay on schedule with minimal rework or escalations
Implementation Managers have support when navigating challenging customer situations
Improvements to implementation playbooks and processes that strengthen how the team operates
Strong experience leading complex software implementations or financial system deployments
Deep understanding of accounting processes and financial workflows (GL, close, reporting, reconciliations)
Background in accounting, finance, consulting, or financial systems implementation (CPA strongly preferred)
Experience working with ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle
Comfort managing complex data migrations, system configuration, and financial data validation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and customers
Ability to mentor and guide team members while leading complex implementations
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
