Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Accounting plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of PMI’s financial reporting and consolidation processes. This leader partners closely with the Controller and CFO to translate evolving business strategies into strong, scalable accounting operations while helping guide the organization through growth and change.

In this role, the Senior Manager leads a high-performing accounting team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The position directly manages four accounting professionals and is responsible for strengthening processes, elevating team performance, and ensuring best-in-class financial reporting.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee consolidated financial statements, and support financial analysis for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, including appropriate support for estimates, accruals, reserves, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of business activities.
  • Support external audits and internal/external reporting requirements.
  • Develop, mentor, and evaluate team members, building technical capability and succession depth.
Who You Are
  • Strong US GAAP and internal controls expertise.
  • Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Business; CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
  • Oracle experience preferred.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range
$130,000$160,000 USD
