  • Drive and support partnerships focused on yield optimization, identity resolution, privacy-centric targeting, and data collaboration via clean rooms

  • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Product, and Engineering teams to develop compliant, scalable deal structures aligned with evolving global privacy standards

  • Collaborate with Partner Management to provide ongoing strategic support leadership to partners while surfacing insights to inform Yahoo’s monetization roadmap

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive moves across ad tech, SSPs, DSPs, clean room providers, and privacy regulation to inform partner strategy

  • Support reporting and executive updates related to partner pipeline, performance, risks, and opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or monetization strategy (experience in digital media, ad tech, or related verticals required)

  • Strong expertise in the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, Prebid, Ad Servers, with focus on identity and data privacy ecosystems, including hands-on work with ID providers, clean rooms, and first-party data strategies

  • Proven track record of closing and managing complex partnerships involving technology integrations or yield optimization

  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and their impact on advertising and data partnerships

  • Strategic thinker with financial modeling skills; able to assess partner value and build compelling business cases

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and externally

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects across various partners and internal teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes a proactive, data-informed approach to problem solving

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
