About the RoleThe Sr. Manager of Creator Commerce is a ‘creator affiliate whisperer’. They’re somebody who leads with strategic vision, knows how to convert influence into financial impact and loves to build connections with affiliates at scale. As an owner of creator affiliate efforts across multiple iconic brands, the Sr. Manager of Creator Commerce at Gap Inc. helps draft the playbook for how our brands show up on creator commerce platforms like LTK, ShopMy, YouTube Affiliates and more, all in authentic, engaging and innovative ways that deliver on revenue, but also build relevance.
The ideal candidate is a tremendously collaborative team player and joins us with deep experience in the creator commerce space, optimizing affiliate partnerships, managing affiliate platforms directly, managing budgets and reporting, and building successful affiliate channels that inspire brand love while driving measurable business results.What You'll Do
  • Lead with vision: Build and own creator affiliate strategies across the Gap Inc. brands, leveraging direct connection, close communication and relationship building to truly grow our creator commerce footprint and set Gap Inc. brands apart in the space.
  • Drive Impact: Oversee planning, execution and optimization of affiliate initiatives in support of overarching brand and product priorities, delivering on revenue goals as well as key cultural relevance measures.
  • Grow Community: Cultivate meaningful affiliate relationships that go beyond one-off partnerships to build real brand love, loyalty and organic advocacy.
  • Spot What’s Next: Stay on top of the platforms, tools and trends that shape the creator economy, consistently bringing fresh ideas, personalities, styles, and formats to the mix.
  • Collaborate: Partner with brand marketing, social, performance, legal, tech, and product teams, as well as influence and marketplace teams at top social and affiliate platforms, to make sure Gap Inc.’s creator commerce efforts integrate seamlessly into the bigger picture.
  • Measure: Forecast, track, measure and report all efforts for ongoing optimization and stay close to the data to elevate opportunities as they arise.
  • Coach: Serve as the voice of strategic vision, best practices and education for your team to foster a creative and collaborative environment for career growth and development.
Who You Are
  • 8+ years marketing experience with 5+ years experience in affiliate and influencer marketing
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams, with a proven track record of collaborative leadership, team building, and managing individual contributors
  • Strong history of executing affiliate marketing campaigns through platforms like LTK and ShopMy, as well as building and managing associated budgets
  • Familiarity with creator marketing management software (ex. CreatorIQ)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of performance-driven creator programs, affiliate marketing platforms and creator partnership models
  • Demonstrated success in balancing culture and commerce to deliver conversion as well as relevance
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of reporting and optimizing performance metrics for affiliate campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment where you can learn quickly and drive meaningful change
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to turn ambiguity into action and infuse strategy across the enterprise
