As Senior Manager, Market Research & Intelligence, you will be CoreWeave’s authority on external market intelligence—transforming fragmented data into actionable insights that steer go‑to‑market strategy, product roadmaps, sales plays, and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations, you will combine rigorous primary research with competitive analysis to size new opportunities and operationalize insights so every decision—from C‑suite bets to field tactics—is grounded in evidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence Leadership – Build and continuously refine a holistic view of the cloud GPU & accelerated compute market, including segmentation, buyer personas, and adoption drivers in partnership with other functional teams
  • Primary Research & Voice‑of‑Customer – Design and execute quantitative and qualitative studies (surveys, in‑depth interviews, advisory boards, conjoint analyses) to uncover emerging customer needs, validate positioning, and inform product strategy.
  • Competitive Analysis – Collaborate with Product team to build competitor program: track positioning, pricing, and product moves; deliver quarterly competitive scorecards and rapid‑response briefs for executive stakeholders.
  • Sales Collaboration & Enablement – Partner with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams to deliver territory‑level market sizing, account‑specific competitive dossiers, and realtime battle‑cards that accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates.
  • Insight Generation & Storytelling – Distill complex findings into crisp narratives, dashboards, and visualizations that influence GTM campaigns.
  • Operational Excellence – Establish research cadences, KPIs, and governance; integrate findings into partnership with marketing automation, CRM, and BI tooling for scalability.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
