  • Serve as the primary Business Process Owner for Operations workstreams – demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, quality, and sourcing – throughout the SAP ECC integration of newly acquired companies
  • Lead structured, end-to-end current-state (“as-is”) assessments of legacy ERP and manual processes at each acquired company’s factories and distribution centers, identifying gaps versus the company’s standard SAP ECC processes
  • Serve as the primary Business Process Owner for Operations workstreams – demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, quality, and sourcing – throughout the SAP ECC integration of newly acquired companies
    • Lead structured, end-to-end current-state (“as-is”) assessments of legacy ERP and manual processes at each acquired company’s factories and distribution centers, identifying gaps versus the company’s standard SAP ECC processes
    • Define and approve future-state (“to-be”) Operations business process designs and standard operating procedures, partnering with IT and SAP functional teams to translate business requirements into system configuration
    • Own data mapping and migration requirements for Operations master data (materials, BOMs, routings, vendors, customers, and related data) and partner with data and IT teams to validate migrated data accuracy and completeness
    • Develop and execute integration and cutover plans for each site, including test strategy (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing), end-user training, and go-live support
    • Build and lead a network of plant- and distribution center-level process owners and super-users at acquired sites to drive adoption and sustained compliance with standardized processes after go-live
    • Identify, track, and resolve process and system gaps and risks throughout the integration, escalating appropriately and driving timely, fact-based decisions
    • Partner with IT leadership, SAP functional consultants, and implementation partners to plan integration roadmaps, prioritize the workstream backlog, and manage scope, timeline, and budget
    • Develop and deliver executive-level status reports, dashboards, and risk assessments to the COO and Operations leadership team, translating technical execution into business impact
    • Drive change management so that plant and distribution center teams transition successfully from legacy ERP and manual processes to the standardized SAP ECC environment, minimizing disruption to safety, quality, customer service, and production continuity
    • Establish and maintain governance and documentation standards for Operations processes on SAP ECC, including process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, and control documentation
    • Define KPIs to measure ERP integration progress and post-go-live process health and performance; track and report value realization to leadership
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulations throughout the integration and in steady-state operations
    • Provide subject matter expertise on SAP ECC configuration options relevant to Operations, partnering with IT to evaluate trade-offs between standardization and site-specific requirements
    • Apply lessons learned from each completed site integration to continuously improve the company’s ERP integration playbook for future acquisitions
    • Travel to factory and distribution center locations as needed to support process design, testing, training, and go-live activities
    • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; ensure compliance across any teams supervised
    • Protect the company’s reputation by keeping information confidential
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
    • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Education requirements include: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred;

Experience requirements include: 15-20 years of progressive operations and/or supply chain leadership experience, including direct, hands-on experience with one or more large-scale ERP implementations or integrations (SAP ECC strongly preferred).

Frequent travel required; on-site engagement at factories and DC's is critical. Locations include: Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio, Arkansas, Mississippi, Arizona, and Nogales, MX.

The pay range for this position is $166,788.00 - $274,822.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
