The Senior Patient Access Capacity Manager oversees the planning, analytics, and reporting functions that optimize scheduling and patient access center productivity. This role provides leadership to the capacity management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices in ambulatory scheduling. The manager partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues, develop workflows, and establish KPIs. Additionally, they monitor performance trends and dashboards to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and patient access.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in healthcare operations or patient access management, including leadership or project experience
- Proven solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proven solid analytical skills: ability to determine and manage actions needed based on available reporting data
- Proven solid problem-solving skills: with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Proven solid organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven solid functional competence using Microsoft Office Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Proven excellent customer service orientation
- Proven high-level of analytics and reporting with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Proven ability to present and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, verbally or in writing
- Proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and organize work effectively
- Proven ability to work with staff at various levels with various focus areas (e.g., technical and operational)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Public Health, or related area
- 7+ years management experience
- Epic Cadence, Epic Ambulatory and Reporting experience
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Proven solid project management skills
