Job Summary
Responsible for the ongoing support, growth and technical relationship to our partners using the Marketing API. Works with clients to help grow their business on Universal Ads. Analyzes data to focus on areas of success and growth while enhancing a positive customer experience. Monitors the progress of sales; reviews records and reports provided to senior management; and solicits employee feedback to drive product engagement and sustained adoption. Analyzes and presents data and insights to partners. Designs, promotes, and orchestrates experiences and reinforcement plans across multiple divisions/business units that strengthen product knowledge, enhance product advocacy, and ensure the success of the Company's product sales campaigns. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy.
Job Description
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Sales, focusing on maintaining relationships with our Publishers, Agencies and Aggregate Merchants

  • Provide robust reporting, analyze and present data and insights back to our partners

  • Strong presentation skills, ability to command a room and answer technical questions

  • Identify areas of growth within existing relationships

  • Ability to answer technical questions and problem solve for large complex organizations

  • Extensive experience with API platforms and Ad buying tools

  • Client Services and or Account Management experience

  • Strong project management experience, leveraging a proficient understanding of product prioritization

  • Create documentation and training materials that are available for publishers

  • Understanding of CTV landscape and TV Advertising

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $138,419.58 - $207,629.36
Additional Range: This job can be performed in New York City with a Pay Range of $138,419.58 - $216,656.73
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
