Role Summary

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple categories and brands like OxiClean, Trojan, Arm & Hammer, First Response, Hero., Vitafusion, Batiste, and many more to drive growth on Target.com and Kroger.com. We are looking for a nimble, curious, challenger mindset talent that will drive growth across our omnichannel business.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities   

  • You will lead our Target.com and Kroger.com strategy and be responsible for driving ecommerce growth at these key retailers. You will partner with our Connected Commerce team, Sales team, and Sales Strategy teams to develop and execute an informed plan for driving sustainable, profitable growth.
  • In partnership with the National Account Manager (NAM), you will collaborate to identify areas of opportunity and growth for our brands as well as build partnerships with our retail partners
  • This role will optimize business operations and performance across all omnichannel digital platforms and fulfillment methods by utilizing numerous to unpack data and key performance indicators to then act on to drive results
  • A typical week may include the creation and evaluation of data analytics, digital content optimization and troubleshooting, profitability modeling, supply chain and assortment optimization, digital marketing strategy, traditional digital merchandising activities, internal and/or customer presentations, and third-party seller maintenance

Educations and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ years of experience in omnichannel/ecommerce sales or brick and mortar sales and marketing
  • Experience driving digital growth at Target strongly preferred
  • Required: Highly curious on all things digital marketing, eCommerce, and consumer experience. We seek energy, enthusiasm, willingness and ability to raise the bar

Skills and Competencies:

  • Working knowledge of ecommerce retail basics, traffic and conversion drivers, search, the consumer’s path to purchase journey, and omnichannel customer models and fulfillment methods
  • Forecasting and P&L management
  • Strong data, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills; strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Experience driving growth on Target.com
  • Ability to manage and lead in ambiguity, a go-getter attitude to figure things out and seeks continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships
  • Creativity, tenacity, a sense of urgency, and a hands-on orientation.
  • Self-driven, curious, independent problem solver with a strong work ethic and high energy
  • Highly organized with proven multi-tasking, follow-up ability and project management.
  • Knowledge of Roundel, IRI, Nielsen, Stackline, Profitero, Numerator, and Partners Online
