Job Overview
The Sr Organizational Capability Consultant advises business leaders to identify and address organizational development challenges and requirements. This role will orchestrate the design or restructuring of organizational operation models, the architecture of organizations, and the implementation of team effectiveness and high-performance solutions. You will lead large-scale organizational changes related to the downstream impact of the organizational efficiency solutions. By synthesizing multiple inputs and ideas, you will develop actionable plans and relevant recommendations to address underlying business performance issues. You will assist organizations in defining their vision, mission, charter, and business strategy, and help teams resolve conflicts or ambiguities in roles, responsibilities, and work processes. The role will analyze group processes to help organizations establish effective problem-solving and decision-making mechanisms. Additionally, you will collaborate with strategic HR advisors and analytics Centers of Excellences (COE's) to develop targeted solutions.
This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can be based in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert organizational efficiency consulting to support assigned lines of business, partnering with HR account teams and business leaders.
  • Conduct organizational analysis to identify root causes of performance issues and opportunities, partnering with analytics teams to uncover bottlenecks and efficiency factors. This includes leading research efforts to identify standard methodologies, analyze existing data, and gather additional insights to advise HR strategies.
  • Lead the design or re-engineering of organizational operation models, architecting organizations, and driving team effectiveness solutions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to address organizational design and development opportunities, including organizational change initiatives.
  • Develop impactful team efficiency mechanisms and interventions to improve performance.
  • Build executive-level presentations and sophisticated data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Measure the success and effectiveness of initiatives, crafting metrics to monitor change over time and determine vital actions.
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources or related field
  • 7-10 years experience in driving end-to-end organizational efficiency, conducting a systems approach organizational analyses to diagnose organizational issues, leading large scale operating model and organizational design efforts, working closely with and influencing executives, 5+ years combined project and program management experience
  • 4-7 years experience developing creative and sophisticated communication material, change management helping leaders embrace and drive significant strategic change
  • 5+ years leading high-level, pivotal initiatives within the Human Resources function at a large sophisticated corporate environment with a detailed knowledge of HR programs, systems, processes and approaches

  • High level of discernment, organizational experience and knowledge to effectively navigate sophisticated matrix and prioritization related issues
  • Ability to think big picture, converting abstract concepts into actionable initiatives
  • Effective and comfortable working with and communicating at all levels of the business (frontline through executive) and presenting in virtual meeting settings
  • Ability to build relationships and strategic alliances with executives to implement and/or update solutions
  • Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations
  • Excellent time-management, planning and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and make ongoing decisions
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex problems and work effectively at the macro, strategic level
  • Critical thinking and early issue spotting abilities, inspired by execution excellence

Base Pay Range: $110,900 - $200,100

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
