Why You'll Love This Role

We are seeking a Sr. Partner Operations Manager to join our Field Operations team. The Sr. Partner Operations Manager will be responsible for driving and assisting with partner tools and initiatives, organizational efficiency, reporting & analytics, SFDC opportunity management, and continuous process improvement programs to support high revenue growth initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Partner Operations.

Please note, this is a remote position based on the West Coast.  We are looking for candidates to live local to the territory.


As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...

  • Drive, and help create channel-focused initiatives impacting the overall partner experience and profitability
  • Lead and monitor the monthly and quarterly channel forecast and pipeline reviews, QBRs, e-staff meetings, and other deep-dive sessions
  • Lead in process design, systems and tools to appropriately support our scaling channel team; drive cross-functional initiatives to integrate the channel policies with teams throughout Cribl (eg, sales, marketing, product) 
  • Proactively measure and analyze the efficiency of the channel organization to help increase productivity and drive better performance (team/partner dashboards, financial modeling)
  • Responsible for ensuring channel processes, programs and policies are drafted, managed, and implemented effectively across the Cribl sales organization
  • Work with channel directors to understand their comp/quota plan, annual budget asks  for channel team and partner program  
  • Help manage the partner portal, the partner help center (partners@cribl), and provide troubleshooting support across partner systems
  • Drive efficiency projects and reporting to help scale the business both internally and with partners
  • Independently advance workstreams by anticipating needs and applying strong self-direction and resourcefulness
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours


I
f You’ve Got It - We Want It 

  • 7-10+ years of Proven experience  in helping to build, grow, and manage partner operations as an individual contributor and leader, with proven experience partnering with leadership
  • You thrive in ambiguity, take initiative without being prompted, and consistently find solutions with limited guidance
  • Deep understanding of how channel models & partner processes work at scale and operating in high growth environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly, execute at the highest bar, and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the Cribl’s operations.  We are a lean team and wear many hats! 


Salary Range
($140,000-$176,000 USD)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. The total compensation offered for this position will include a commission/incentive plan.
