Get to Know the Opportunity:    

Manages all aspects of ESOP sponsored plans including leveraged, non-leveraged, public, and private, maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, and help to contribute to client retention and increased profitability.

Please Note:  Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home .

The Contributions You’ll Make:    

  • Consults with new and existing clients and their vendors on Repurchase Liability Studies, Distribution Policies, Plan Design, Accounting and Trust Reporting, Corporate Governance and Participant Communication and Education.
  • ESOP SME supporting Administrative Teams across the organization.
  • ESOP SME for all ESOP plan types: Private vs Public, Leveraged vs Non-Leveraged, Standalone and Companion, and KSOP.
  • ESOP SME with technical knowledge for diversification, reshuffling, and reallocation of shares, performing 409(p) tests for S-Corporations.  Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation in process and make modifications to drive the efficiency.
  • Effectively interpret complex plan provisions and ensure systems are programmed in compliance with the legal plan document provisions and operating in accordance with the IRS and DOL regulations.
  • Leads projects, has project ownership, works independently and is able to solve problems with little or no direction or oversight from Leadership.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships (internal and external).
  • Retain an assigned book of business or work on a team servicing a pooled group of retirement plans.
  • Expected to attend in-person virtual client meetings when appropriate and in-person/virtual meetings, RFPs, Sales Finals, etc.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:   

  • 5+ years related experience in ESOP plan administration in a daily environment, TPA or Advisor Firm.
  • Customer Services experience/skills.
  • Experience with managing highly sensitive and key at risk clients.
  • Industry designation preferred (QKA, QPA, APA).

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Recommended College Major:  Finance, Accounting, Business or Math
  • Omni experience preferred

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$60,450 - $100,760 USD
