Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

Job Responsibilities
- Work as part of a software development team to design and implement rapid prototypes for a broad range of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), sensor exploitation, tracking, and Command and Control (C2) challenges
- Use and develop cutting-edge modelling and simulation tools and algorithms to help address some of the most challenging issues regarding automation across the intelligence cycle for the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD)
- Take ownership of code bases from requirements, design, implementation, maintenance, and test and lead tasking of other developers including decomposing high-level tasks
- Develop algorithms, perform analyses, and automate data processing to model operational scenarios for system evaluation and mission effectiveness in real-time and faster-than-real-time systems
- Perform capability analyses of COTS, GOTS and other potential capabilities to identify best solutions
- Participation in the Agile development process and employing DevSecOps best practices
- Support customer demonstrations and other shaping opportunities to position for new business as well as integration events and field experiments
- Self-starter who is willing to both take the lead and provide support in a team role in a complex, fast-paced, cross-disciplinary work environment
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, readily adaptable to change, and respond to quick turn-around requests
- Willing to travel (<10%)

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or science field with 8+ years of relevant professional experience OR an advanced degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience
- Capable of leading of software and system engineers including managing scope, requirements, and schedule
- Experienced developer with strong coding, debugging, design and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in multiple high-level programming languages, e.g. C++, Java, Rust
- Experience using collaborative source code management (Git, Subversion), Agile Development, and DevSecOps
- Experience with Windows and Linux Development Environments
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Active Secret Clearance, able to get TS/SCI Clearance
- Motivated collaborator with internal and external teams
- Experience in real-time or time critical processing pipelines and common networks and protocols
- Knowledge and experience with tracking methodologies
- Experience conducting data analysis and performance evaluation to validate and improve tracking system capabilities.
- Understanding of space and/or ground systems, hardware, software, operations, and their interdependence
- Experience with cloud Native Technologies, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Harbor, Helm
- Familiarity with Physics, Mathematics, and/or Motion Planning to inform modeling & simulation (M&S) and physical systems
- Familiarity with Automated DevSecOps pipeline tools, e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket
