About the team and the role:

eBay, Inc. seeks Sr. Product Manager 1 - Technical in Bellevue, WA

What you will accomplish:

Job Duties: Drive product strategy and execution for eBay Motors parts and accessories compatibility and fitment platform. Build and implement a compelling roadmap supporting business growth goals. Lead integration of parts fitment data into selling flows allowing sellers to better describe the item and what vehicles it fits so their items have increased visibility and conversion.  Continue eBay Motors personalization efforts to allow buyers to save their vehicles and quickly locate parts specific to them in less time with increased trust the items will fit. Manage the launch of new and innovative ways for sellers to enhance their listings with correct compatibility and fitment data, leveraging data science and machine learning models to optimize workflows.  Periodically prepare executive-ready presentations on Motors strategy and operational updates.  Enable market intelligence capabilities to monitor competitive insights, industry trends, and distill Motors-specific implications.  Initiate the process of proposing, leading, and presenting strategic analytical studies to deepen the understanding of best-in-class vehicle parts & accessories selling & buying.  Partial telecommuting permitted from a commutable distance.

What you will bring:

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field plus 18 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Salary: $118,414.00-238,200.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
