PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape the future of BECU’s digital banking experience. Your strategic vision will guide the selection of platforms, define priorities, and influence how millions of members interact with their finances. From leading vendor evaluations to crafting a roadmap for mobile-first solutions, you’ll be at the center of innovation—ensuring every decision enhances member experience and drives business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own the Vision and Strategy: Define and lead the roadmap for digital banking capabilities, focusing on mobile-first experiences that meet member needs.
  • Drive Vendor Selection: Manage the RFP process, evaluate solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to select the right platform for BECU’s future.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Marketing, Payments, Fraud Ops, Cybersecurity, and more to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Analyze and Innovate: Use data insights and member feedback to identify pain points, improve adoption, and enhance overall user experience.
  • Manage Performance: Establish and monitor key metrics, ensuring products meet business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and adjust strategies to keep BECU ahead in the digital banking space.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or product development roles.
  • Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Ability to self-direct, identify business and customer needs, and deliver solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience with digital banking and mobile platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience developing user stories and domain expertise.
  • Strong research, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Product Owner certification.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts as a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
