Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is redefining security for the AI era. As the Sr. PMM for Charlotte AI, you will be one of the primary contributors shaping our agentic security narrative. You won’t just market a product; you’ll define how the world understands the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.

Reporting to the Director of Charlotte AI Marketing, you will translate complex technical innovation into compelling customer outcomes, positioning Charlotte AI as a differentiated offering in AI-native cybersecurity. Your work will directly influence product launches, customer adoption, competitive differentiation, pipeline impact, and CrowdStrike’s leadership in AI-native cybersecurity. This role operates at the intersection of product strategy, storytelling, and GTM execution; partnering deeply with Product Management, Sales Enablement, Technical Marketing, Data Science, Analyst Relations, Brand, and Growth Marketing to drive market awareness and customer adoption of Charlotte AI. This is an individual contributor, hands-on role.

What You’ll Do:
  • Influence and create positioning and messaging for major Charlotte AI capabilities, translating product value into clear differentiation, customer outcomes, and proof points across priority personas (SOC leaders, analysts, SecOps, IT/security leaders).

  • Partner deeply with Product Management to shape long-term roadmap, feature storytelling, packaging, and launch prioritization, ensuring that product capabilities map to real customer problems and broader portfolio initiatives.

  • Lead launches and key initiatives end-to-end including launch strategy, narrative, content strategy, web/campaign direction, sales enablement, and event coordination, driving strategic alignment across stakeholder groups and executing at a high level.

  • Develop GTM frameworks and core assets including messaging and positioning, pitch decks, sales conversation guides, web copy, blogs, FAQs, demos, customer references and customer-ready talk tracks, ensuring consistency across content and touchpoints.

  • Drive field readiness and adoption in partnership with sales and technical marketing, by building sales plays, competitive guidance and objection handling.

  • Develop market and competitive insight by monitoring the AI-in-security landscape, connecting with customers, working with competitive intelligence (CI); identifying key competitors and alternatives, and ensuring GTM materials reinforce CrowdStrike’s differentiators and target personas.

  • Support Analyst Relations and customer storytelling through briefings, narrative development, and championing aligned messages across analyst engagements and customer case studies.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships: As the internal representative of Charlotte AI, you’ll independently drive projects and represent Charlotte AI across varied internal groups (sales, PR, AR, customer advocacy, event planning, partner marketing, engineering, finance, etc.)

What You’ll Need:
  • 7+ years in product marketing, technical product marketing, or adjacent GTM roles (cybersecurity or experience marketing AI/ML, copilots/assistants, or workflow automation platforms strongly preferred)

  • Proven senior-level product marketing experience, driving positioning, messaging, launches, and field enablement for enterprise technology

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills: Can write clearly, build crisp presentations, and present confidently to executives, cross-functional peer groups and external stakeholders.

  • Strong ownership and influence: Proven ability to independently own major product launches and key initiatives, from strategy through execution, with strong attention to detail and high-quality deliverables.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership: Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and drive execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Customer References and AR.

  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality execution: Able to maintain consistency while scaling programs and deliver high-quality content, championing aligned messaging.

  • Strong business acumen: Consistently connects messaging and GTM execution to business outcomes (adoption, pipeline influence, competitive wins).

  • Technical fluency: Comfortable articulating AI capabilities and security outcomes; able to give a basic product tour/demo and work effectively with PM and SE counterparts.

Why This Role Matters:

At CrowdStrike, we are redefining security for the modern era. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Charlotte AI, you will shape how customers understand and adopt AI-powered security outcomes—helping security teams move faster, respond smarter, and stop breaches with greater efficiency and confidence.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
