We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive product and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Consumer Search and AI-powered experiences. The ideal candidate leverages creative problem-solving and top-tier messaging expertise to guide execution for innovative product launches, pinpoint critical partner opportunities, and navigate an ever-evolving and fast-paced market. 

We’re looking for someone who can roll-up their sleeves, thrives in ambiguous environments, and is energized by crafting compelling narratives that highlight our differentiated product value propositions. They should also be an AI aficionado and keep up to date on news, trends, and the latest developments in the space.

Key Partners will include Product Management, Design, Marketing, Brand and Analytics teams, as well as executive leadership, to lead product messaging and GTM execution for a highly visible portfolio.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with stakeholders to contribute to product ideation, market-strategy, and opportunity identification
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks in support of new product launches; effectively communicate value propositions to consumers, clients, internal partners and more
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses across key verticals to inform product strategy and positioning
  • Execute on defined success criteria, provide insights and direction, gather feedback, and laterally influence functional stakeholders to ensure effective go-to-market (GTM) strategy implementation
  • Communicate with partners both internally and externally to identify and execute on featured-partnerships, co-branded events, and data-backed case studies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on http://Realtor.com ’s consumer segmentation, real estate industry trends, AI trends, and the messaging hooks that drive traffic, press, and engagement

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of professional experience including Product Marketing, Product Strategy, or Management Consulting, at least 3 years in specifically B2C Marketing or Product Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment is a must
  • Proven experience bringing B2C products to market with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Analytics, Brand, Success, Customer Care etc), including GTM strategy and execution 
  • Understanding of measuring performance through metrics and KPIs with the ability to tell a story through data
  • Proficient in use of AI tools for workflow efficiency (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Proven track record of delivering to schedule and to results
  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team-first mentality
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to own a project start to finish
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and organization is paramount with a continuous desire to learn and improve.
