QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in program management, project management, PMO support, or related roles within a technology or digital product environment.
  • Experience creating and maintaining weekly scorecards, dashboards, or status reports.
  • Experience in a digital product or software development environment.
  • Experience working with large teams, over 50 team members.
  • Experience organizing events or team-building activities (e.g., murals, offsites) and coordinating logistics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field required
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with large cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, analytics, operations) and at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and task-management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information into clear updates for executives and diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams/Outlook, Smartsheet, Shortcut, or similar).
  • Ability to identify dependencies and risks, with a structured approach to escalation and remediation.
  • Comfortable with a mix of strategic coordination and hands-on administrative tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset, proactive, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks and common product development lifecycles.
  • Basic data literacy (reading dashboards, interpreting metrics) to inform updates.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $97,600 to $122k annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Program Manager to orchestrate and communicate progress across a multiple work-stream digital program. This role will operate across development, product, design, operations, and other key business areas to identify dependencies and risks, facilitate decision-making, and maintain program-wide status. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and is comfortable handling a mix of coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracks progress across multiple work streams and ensure alignment with program goals and milestones.
  • Identifies, documents, and manages cross-work-stream dependencies and risks; escalate issues as needed.
  • Facilitates decision-making by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, capturing decisions, identifying owners, and determining next steps.
  • Maintains and socializes the program’s risk register, dependency tracker, and issue log; monitor remediation plans.
  • Prepares and distributes weekly program scorecards and updates to leadership and team members.
  • Translates technical progress into clear, concise updates for non-technical audiences.
  • Supports milestone planning, capacity planning, and alignment across streams.
  • Helps define and monitor success metrics, key results, and critical path activities.
  • Assists in creating governance artifacts (meeting rhythms, RACI matrices, escalation paths).
  • Handles routine administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, arranging logistics for onsite meetings).
  • Maintains program documentation and archives, ensuring version control and easy retrieval.
  • Proactively identifies process improvements to increase program efficiency and clarity.
  • Gathers feedback from teams, propose adjustments to processes, and implement improvements with guidance.
