About the Team

As part of the Business Operations and Programs team, the Transformation team spearheads internal transformation programs designed to realize our core strategic objectives. We are committed to achieving impactful outcomes by prioritizing efficient execution, fostering alignment amongst stakeholders, and maintaining clear and consistent communications, all measured against defined success metrics. About the Role

As a Sr. Program Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding the scope of the Transformation and Partner Engagement team. Your primary responsibility will be to support strategic programs across Global Services. You will need to understand Workday's approach to driving transformation projects and establish strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders. A key aspect of your role will involve understanding Global Services' strategic goals and priorities, as well as familiarizing yourself with Workday products and product direction. You will be responsible for establishing the program structure and governance model for strategic transformation projects. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to make sound decisions, and the capacity to adapt to change. You will be accountable for project outcomes and will need to build trust with team members and stakeholders.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project/program management experience, with experience leading programs on a global scale with an enterprise SaaS company.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives to improve and optimize businesses

Other Qualifications:

  • Effectively synthesizes information and presents it clearly and concisely through visual PowerPoint presentations, Word docs and other relevant formats.
  • Experience implementing AI tools and techniques across an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
  • Experience in establishing program structures and governance models.
  • Understanding of strategic planning and alignment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic services organization
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and proactive thinking skills.
  • Able to travel occasionally as needed.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,500 USD - $198,000 USD

If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $117,400 - $176,000 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
