Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Program Manager, Maintenance & Reliability to join our high-performing Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) team! This individual will play a pivotal role in driving strategic maintenance initiatives, scaling asset reliability programs, and implementing innovative solutions across our national fulfillment network. The successful candidate will deliver programs that enhance uptime, improve safety, reduce costs, and increase the lifespan and operational efficiency of key assets.

What You'll Do:
Program Strategy & Execution
  • Be responsible for the planning and execution of multi-functional maintenance and reliability initiatives, aligned with enterprise goals in uptime, safety, cost, and asset life cycle performance.
  • Design and implement scalable, balanced programs for preventive maintenance, predictive analytics, and condition-based monitoring.
  • Develop and coordinate network-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs), reliability standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Conduct program audits and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with Chewy's maintenance playbook.

Asset Performance Optimization
  • Partner with site leadership and regional maintenance managers to drive enterprise asset management (EAM) strategies, including CMMS improvements, KPIs, and spare parts programs.
  • Analyze asset data to identify systemic failure trends and drive root cause mitigation across the network.

Technology Integration
  • Collaborate with internal Team Members to develop and deploy data visualization, reporting tools, and automation solutions for asset tracking, maintenance planning, and resource optimization.

Multi-functional Collaboration
  • Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Operations, Safety, Finance, and 3rd-party partners to implement large-scale reliability and maintenance programs.
  • Lead readiness efforts and rollout planning for new technology deployments and capital improvement projects.

Leadership & Influence
  • Serve as an inspiring leader and subject matter expert in maintenance program management, mentoring peers and influencing senior partners with data-driven insights.

What You'll Need:
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Operations, or a related technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience in maintenance/reliability operations, program management, or supply chain/industrial engineering, preferably in large-scale fulfillment or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of CMMS/EAM systems, automation equipment, and lean maintenance practices.
  • Leadership & Influence
  • Shown ability to inspire change in intricate, matrixed organizations and lead multi-functional program teams.
  • Strong communication and team member leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all interpersonal levels.
  • Travel
  • Receptiveness to travel up to 40% to support nationwide site execution and partner alignment.
