Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to serve as our Talent Enablement & Culture (TEC) Partner to Nordstrom’s Supply Chain Operations.  The TEC Partner is a key member of both the Talent Enablement & Culture team and the Supply Chain HR team, connecting the teams’ strategic priorities, talent goals, and culture commitments. A successful TEC Partner will have expertise managing complex programs and leading culture and inclusion efforts. She or he will possess strong learning agility, business acumen, and deep understanding of the employee experience.

A day in the life….

  • Collaborates closely with senior leaders to align Talent Enablement & Culture strategies with business goals and operational priorities.

  • Offers strategic guidance to cross-functional teams on matters related to inclusion, career development, and talent pipelining.

  • Leads culture initiatives within supply chain, using data to make informed decisions and  measure impact.

  • Serves as a partner to HR Business Partners and business leaders, influencing positive culture change and talent outcomes.

  • Develops action plans to drive consistent communication and programming, accessible to both the front-line and senior leaders.

  • Develops recommendations and implementation strategies to improve culture and the employee experience.

  • Navigates relationships fluidly by building trust through curiosity and expertise.

  • Engages proactively by understanding the needs of the business and the needs of our employees, and bringing solutions and ideas forward without being asked.

You own this if you have… 

  • 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience – partnering with business leaders to drive strategic and effective people outcomes 

  • HR consulting or talent program management experience within Nordstrom Supply Chain strongly preferred

  • Experience building trusting relationships and working effectively with peers and business leaders.

  • Expertise managing culture and inclusion programs for complex and matrixed organizations. 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain resources that support program execution including communication and implementation plans, training materials, and tracking tools.  

  • Ability to share data analysis and conclusions in a way that is easily understood and allows others to quickly understand information that is unfamiliar to them. 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive the execution of multi-stakeholder initiatives, providing direction when needed and removing obstacles as needed to get work done. 

  • Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to assess program effectiveness and redesign approach to achieve desired outcomes.  

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to the audience. 

  • Strong prioritization skills, time management skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot, etc.) 

Location:

This is a hybrid role requiring the selected candidate to work onsite four (4) days per week and be located within a commutable distance of the Nordstrom corporate offices in downtown Seattle, WA.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. 
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$110,500.00 - $183,000.00 Annual

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
