We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst - Contractor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide the Sales organization with reliable and high-quality operational support. In addition to enhancing and supporting Sales tools, this person will provide analytics, and work with stakeholders across the organization in order to drive operational efficiency.

This contract will be for work performed October 1, 2026 through February 26, 2027.

In this role, you will:  

  • Process revenue orders by reviewing all terms and conditions, quote approvals and configuration to meet clean booking order criteria.
  • Manage the day-to-day level one Field sales support and administration of Salesforce.com for CRM, Kugamon for CPQ, and other related Sales platforms
  • Develop customized features and solutions using the Salesforce toolset, including custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, etc.
  • Monitor Clari for forecasting accuracy and work as a sales advisor with reps to ensure deals meet revenue, ACV and financial expectations.
  • Drive Sales projects and system enhancements with an emphasis on streamlining the end-to-end Sales process
  • Design, build, and maintain Sales reports and dashboards with a lense which provides insight and behavioral changes to impact system and forecasting hygiene
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks within the Sales process
  • Provide the field teams with set-up and training on Sales platforms and Sales processes
  • Document Sales processes and workflows and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure high data integrity across Sales platforms

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:  

  • Salesforce.com Cases, Assets/Install base/ Orders and Reporting with mastery of navigation is required.
  • Experience using a CPQ system (Kugamon ideal)
  • Practical fluency with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or Salesforce AI features) applied to analysis, reporting, and process documentation
  • Ability to handle concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight timelines
  • Acute attention to detail, process oriented mindset, and customer centric can-do attitude
  • Strong initiative and confidence to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Proven ability to influence key processes and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • High personal accountability — owns commitments, outcomes, and follow-through end to end
  • Strong self-management: sets priorities independently, manages competing demands, and adapts as conditions change
  • Shapes clear, workable solutions out of ambiguous or complex problems, and translates them into repeatable process

Experience requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a business-oriented field
  • 3-5 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience in Sales or Revenue Operations team
  • Proven experience driving projects through completion
  • Specific, demonstrable examples of using AI tools to improve work performance — candidates should be prepared to walk through what they automated or accelerated and the measurable impact on cycle time, accuracy, or output quality
