Sr. Sales Enablement Program Manager
Job Summary:
The Sr. Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for leading sales training and enablement initiatives across the Commercial organization, with a strong emphasis on strategic program design, stakeholder influence, and scalable execution.
This role partners closely with Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to shape enablement strategies aligned to go-to-market priorities and long-term business objectives. The Sr. Program Manager serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and a mentor to less experienced enablement team members, setting standards for program quality, instructional design, and execution excellence.
The ideal candidate brings deep credibility with sales audiences, demonstrates advanced expertise in assessing enablement needs, and leads the end-to-end lifecycle of complex enablement programs from strategy and curriculum architecture through delivery, measurement, and continuous optimization.
Strong experience developing structured lessons and scalable enablement content within Seismic Learning is required. This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and prioritization of sales enablement programs in alignment with commercial goals and GTM strategies
- Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to Sales and Commercial leadership on enablement approach, sequencing, and impact
- Own complex, cross-functional enablement initiatives, influencing without authority to drive alignment and outcomes
- Design and deliver enablement programs that address current and future skill, knowledge, and behavioral needs across the sales organization
- Architect and maintain scalable curriculum frameworks, learning paths, and content standards within Seismic Learning
- Develop, manage, and maintain advanced enablement content in Seismic Learning, including lessons, assignments, assessments, and ongoing optimization
- Establish best practices for instructional design, content structure, and learner experience across enablement programs
- Communicate enablement strategy, program rationale, progress, and KPIs to senior stakeholders
- Measure program effectiveness and translate insights into actionable recommendations for improvement
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior enablement team members, offering feedback on program design, content quality, and execution
- Support change management efforts by reinforcing adoption of new tools, processes, and messaging through enablement
- Stay current on sales enablement trends, learning methodologies, and industry best practices to inform program evolution
- Manage and support virtual and in-person training sessions as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience managing and delivering sales enablement, training, or learning programs, with increasing scope and complexity
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience developing lessons, learning paths, and enablement content in Seismic Learning
- Proven ability to design enablement strategies that scale across teams, roles, and regions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners
- Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced team members
- Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent initiatives
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:
Experience supporting global or geographically distributed sales teams
Advanced familiarity with sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, and content management tools
Experience working in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or technology-enabled solutions environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Work Environment:
Standard office or remote work environment
Majority of time spent working on a computer
Travel required (domestic and/or international), approximately 10–20%
