  • Rankings.io (corporate brand)
  • Personal Injury Mastermind (flagship podcast + media engine)

We move quickly, set a high bar, and build teams that thrive on clarity, accountability, and exceptional execution. If you enjoy complexity, operate with urgency, and want to help shape a fast-growing media brand, you’ll feel at home here.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Social Manager to architect and run the social layer that holds all brands together. This is a senior role for someone who can connect episodic content, newsletters, events, and product cycles into a cohesive multi-brand presence. And drive leads. A data-driven creative.

This role is 80% strategy and 20% production. You will define the direction, build the structure, and create the conditions for high performance. You’ll also contribute hands-on — writing posts, shaping creative, trimming clips, collaborating with editors, and guiding light paid-ads execution.

A background in legal is not required, but a bonus.
A background in simplifying complex concepts for business audiences is essential.

What You’ll Lead1. Multi-Brand Social Strategy

You’ll own and align the social presence for:

  • Rankings.io (corporate authority)
  • PIM (podcast + education engine)
  • PIMCON (flagship event brand)

Each brand has distinct audiences and objectives. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and cohesion across all of them.

2. Podcast-Driven Content Ecosystem

Macro content video recordings are the heart of our content production.

You will:

  • Extract insights, stories, and themes from episodes, ebooks, newsletters, blog articles, and webinars
  • Turn complex conversations into clear, engaging content for business owners

This requires exceptional editorial judgment and the ability to recognize patterns.

3. Campaign Architecture & Demand Generation

You’ll design and manage campaigns tied to major company priorities:

  • PIMCON ticketing cycles
  • New product rollouts
  • Podcast seasons
  • Newsletter growth
  • Guest partnerships
  • Cross-brand promotional sequences

You’ll build the connective tissue so the system works as one.

4. Engagement Mechanics & Audience Growth

You’ll use tactics that deepen engagement and drive real outcomes:

  • Comment → DM triggers
  • Retention-first formatting and sequencing
  • Audience segmentation
  • LinkedIn thought-leadership flows
  • Conversion-driven CTAs
  • Distribution frameworks that go beyond surface-level engagement

Your north star is impact. ot vanity metrics.

5. Paid Ads Competency (15–20% of role time)

Not a media buyer, but deeply fluent.

You will:

  • Recommend paid strategies for major campaigns
  • Build creative and messaging direction for ads
  • Understand audiences, objectives, placements, and sequencing
  • Use paid to amplify top organic content
  • Partner with internal/external buyers on execution
  • Evaluate results and provide actionable adjustments

This ensures organic and paid work together in one demand-generation engine.

6. Creative Direction & Light Production

You’ll also produce enough to move quickly:

  • Solid B2B copywriting
  • Basic cutting of clips from long-form video/podcast
  • High-impact hooks for short-form
  • Creative briefs for editors and designers
  • Quality control across all channels

Your work will reflect the standards of excellence and ownership that guide our creative culture.

What Success Looks Like

  • Drive more leads to Rankings.io
  • Create cohesion across five brands with clarity and authority
  • Turn our podcast ecosystem into a growth engine
  • Build predictable content systems and campaign frameworks
  • Strengthen the company’s voice in the PI legal industry
  • Increase reach, retention, and conversion across all platforms
  • Help drive ticket sales, lead flow, and audience growth
  • Operate with the pace, discipline, and accountability of a high-performing team

RequirementsYou’re a Fit If You Are

  • Experienced in campaign architecture and long-cycle B2B content

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
