This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective maintaining and optimization of Workday's Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, exceptional technical skills, and a proven track record of successful Workday implementations.
* What you will do:
* Implementation and Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
* Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze processes, and recommend solutions that enhance system functionality and efficiency.
* Strong knowledge of configuring all components of the worker profile including skills, goals, job history etc.
* Experience with mass loading of data using EIB
* Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and business needs
* Collaborate with other CDW teams to determine the optimal solution architecture to ensure application efficiency, maintainability and scalability.
* System Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize Workday configurations to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
* Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Workday modules.
* Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the Workday system, and perform regular audits to maintain high standards.
* Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
* Project Management: Lead and participate in project teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
* System maintenance: Help troubleshoot and resolve services tickets related to talent, recruiting and performance.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience working with Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules, including hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, release updates and daily support of the system. OR, 9 years of experience working with Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules, including hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, release updates and daily support of the system.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others
* Proficient in Workday configuration, data management, and reporting.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Certifications: Current or recent Workday certification in Talent, Recruiting, or Performance is a plus.
