Who We Are:

We’re looking for a Recruiting Analytics Lead to level up the data engine behind how we hire across our Industry, Executive, and University eco-system. You’ll build, maintain, and scale the systems and workflows that keep our recruiting data clean, connected, and actually useful. In this role, you’ll design the data flows that tie everything together and create the dashboards and insights that help our Recruiting, Finance, and People teams execute smart, confident decisions. This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition and data analytics, requiring both recruitment knowledge and strong analytical capabilities to optimize the hiring process through data-driven insights.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and automate data pipelines so our hiring plan, funnel metrics, and performance data stay clean, synced, and reliable across every system.
  • Dig into recruiting data to spot trends, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities to hire faster and smarter.
  • Own dashboards that track time‑to‑fill, funnel health, quality of hire, interviewer performance, and hiring plan progress and keep them fresh.
  • Team up with Talent Ops, Finance, and People Ops to make sure headcount and variance reporting stays tight and accurate.
  • Level up data hygiene with audits, validation rules, and smart automations that eliminate messy manual work.
  • Report on key programs such interviewer training, referrals, tool governance and highlight what’s working (or not).
  • Help lead AI and automation projects that cut repetitive tasks and boost data quality across the board.
  • Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for recruiting leaders.
  • Serve as the go‑to technical partner for recruiting leads, helping them use dashboards, insights, and forecasts like pros.

Core Competencies:

  • Data & Analytics

    • Analyze recruiting data using existing tooling in ATS, Tableau, and other HR Systems; translate findings into clear insights.
    • Support design, testing, and implementation of dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools partnering with BI teams.
    • Understand recruiting data structures and system dependencies.
    • Use data to evaluate performance and drive decisions.

    Systems & Technology

    • Manage and optimize our current ATS (Greenhouse) through data analysis and decision making.
    • Apply a systems‑oriented mindset to improve tools and workflows.
    • Use AI and automation to streamline processes.
    • (Bonus) Write and interpret SQL to support deeper analysis.

    Recruiting Operations

    • Apply 4–6 years of experience in recruiting operations, systems, analytics, or a related field.
    • Strengthen candidate assessment methods and ensure consistent, fair evaluation.
    • Design and improve end‑to‑end recruiting processes.

    Candidate Experience

    • Create a smooth, positive, and engaging experience for candidates at every stage.

    Communication & Collaboration

    • Communicate technical and analytical concepts in simple language for non‑technical partners.
    • Collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
    • Present insights and recommendations clearly to influence decisions.

    Problem‑Solving & Strategic Thinking

    • Break down complex problems and identify the best path forward.
    • Develop and support execution of sourcing, assessment, and operational strategies informed by data.
    • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and team effectiveness.
