​​About the Role:


We're looking for an innovative and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Data Platform Engineering team with specific focus on our Marketing/MarTech and AI/ML initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in enabling H&H's marketing capabilities and AI-driven solutions by providing robust data infrastructure and advanced tools. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Marketing, MarTech, Data Science, ML Engineering, and Product teams to understand their roadmaps, architecture, and data requirements, while ensuring our marketing technology stack and AI/ML systems are effectively integrated with our data platform. Your passion for working at the intersection of data, marketing technology, and artificial intelligence, combined with your technical program management expertise, will help drive intelligent, data-driven marketing solutions that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.


You Will:
  • Build strong relationships with Marketing and ML/AI teams to understand their data needs and technical requirements

  • Define and document technical specifications for marketing data integrations, ML pipelines, and AI-powered solutions

  • Track project risks, dependencies, and deliverable timelines across Marketing/MarTech and AI/ML initiatives

  • Drive data platform strategies that enable advanced marketing analytics, personalization, and AI-powered decision making

  • Communicate effectively between technical and marketing stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business goals and technical solutions

  • Work closely with the Data Platform Engineering team to translate complex marketing and ML requirements into actionable work

  • Lead prioritization and status meetings with marketing, MarTech, analytics and ML stakeholders on a regular cadence

  • Collaborate with other technical program managers to manage cross-functional dependencies

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) for marketing data usage in partnership with legal

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies focused on MarTech and ML/AI workflows


You Have:
  • 8+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager with specific focus on marketing technology and/or AI/ML systems

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Data Science, or a related field

  • Experience driving technical initiatives that connect marketing platforms with data engineering systems

  • Strong understanding of MarTech stacks (e.g., CRM, CDP, attribution platforms, campaign tools) and their data requirements

  • Expertise in AI/ML data pipelines, model training workflows, and production deployment cycles

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Google BigQuery or Snowflake, particularly for marketing analytics and ML use cases

  • Basic proficiency in SQL, including writing simple queries for data extraction and validation

  • Strong knowledge of modern data stacks supporting marketing operations (Airflow, dbt, Fivetran, Tableau/Looker)

  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms

  • Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate between marketing objectives and technical requirements in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and technical documentation platforms

  • Strong knowledge of data pipelines for customer journey tracking, attribution modeling, and personalization engines

  • Solid understanding of data security and privacy considerations specific to customer and marketing data

  • Foundational knowledge of AWS or GCP services related to marketing analytics and AI/ML implementations
