Join Us at Pura—Reimagining Fragrance for the Future

At Pura, we believe life is better when it smells good. Fragrance has the unique power to transform spaces, elevate moods, and create lasting memories. But we know it can do even more. That’s why we’re pioneering the future of fragrance, combining cutting-edge smart home technology with premium, clean scents to create personalized, meaningful experiences in every home.

We’re not just a fragrance company—we’re on a mission to change the way people experience scent. At Pura, we are redefining fragrance as a critical element of design, on par with color, texture, sound, lighting, and furniture. We call this Scent Design—transforming scent from an afterthought into an intentional, skillful component of every space. By blending artistry and science, Pura allows users to design their own “scentscapes” that enhance daily life and craft environments that feel as good as they smell.

Why Join Pura?

Our journey began with two innovators, Richie Stapler and Bruno Lima, and their shared vision of revolutionizing how we experience fragrance. Since then, Pura has grown into a company that sells a fragrance every 3.7 seconds, partnering with iconic brands like Curio, Anthropologie, and Disney. We’ve been recognized as the Fastest Growing Company in Utah, and we are passionate about making scent a core part of life’s most memorable moments.

This is your chance to make an impact in a high-growth company that’s redefining the way people experience scent.

What You’ll Own:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of app-centric programs across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful and timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Lead critical app projects, including feature enhancements, UX improvements, and platform integrations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, design (UX/UI), and external partners to clearly define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, driving effective communication and resolution strategies across cross-functional teams.

  • Facilitate clear, consistent stakeholder communication and manage expectations by providing regular updates and reports on project progress.
  • Lead initiative retrospectives to ensure alignment with desired outcomes and continuous improvement.

  • Strong background in managing development lifecycles, feature rollouts, and user experience improvements.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable tasks and clear updates.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, marketing, and design teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Nice to have - Experience working with native mobile app platforms (iOS, Android).

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
