What would your day-to-day look like
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles, ranging from complex technical positions (AI/ML, Distributed Systems, Product) to strategic non-technical leadership seats.

  • Internal Service Excellence: Act as a dedicated partner to our leadership teams, delivering high-quality, white-glove service to internal stakeholders through proactive communication and seamless process management.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize AI-powered sourcing platforms and advanced Boolean techniques to build a diverse pipeline of passive candidates across North America, Europe, and LATAM.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use Ashby to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and quality of hire, providing regular data-backed insights to hiring managers.

  • AI Integration: Actively experiment with and implement AI tools to automate scheduling, draft personalized outreach, and summarize assessments to increase operational efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a talent consultant to HTS leadership, helping them define requirements, calibrate expectations, and navigate complex global compensation landscapes.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate—regardless of the outcome—has a world-class experience that reflects Hopper’s brand as a leader in travel tech.

  • Interviewer Training: Mentor and groom our interviewer panels to increase capacity and maintain high evaluative standards as we scale.

An ideal candidate has:
  • Experience: 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in high-growth environments (SaaS, Fintech, or TravelTech preferred).

  • Versatility: Demonstrated ability to switch between technical and non-technical searches without losing momentum or quality.

  • Tech Stack Savvy: Power-user experience with Ashby (or similar modern ATS like Greenhouse/Lever) and a deep understanding of the modern recruiting ecosystem.

  • AI Native: Proven track record of using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Fetcher, Findem, or similar) to optimize sourcing and communication.

  • Technical Literacy: Ability to "speak engineer" while also understanding the core competencies required for high-performing business and operations roles.

  • Global Mindset: Experience navigating international hiring nuances, including time zones, cultural differences, and remote-first hiring practices.

  • Persistence & Grit: You thrive in a "move fast" environment and aren't intimidated by hard-to-fill roles or ambitious growth targets.
