About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate must have a strong SaaS background and proven track record recruiting for Product Engineering roles.
The person hired will be responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting services to CrowdStrike’s business leaders and candidates performing full lifecycle recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships. A high level of creativity, short- and long-term recruiting vision, business acumen and personal organization is required. What You'll Do:
Work with hiring managers to provide creative recruitment solutions to meet the needs of the business
Gain an in-depth understanding of the business functions and provide proactive solutions to ensure staffing goals and deadlines are met
Own the individual candidate experience and provide each candidate with a high-touch, personalized talent experience
Pre-screen candidates to determine qualifications by evaluating skills and experience against job requirements
Conduct proactive sourcing, including the use of social networks and other alternative sourcing methodologies in order to ensure a robust pipeline of potential candidates
Build and leverage applicant channels (e.g., social media, internet sites)
Manage the interview process (with support from the talent coordinator team)
Develop and maintain networks both internally and externally in the organization to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines
Negotiate and/or support the hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
Manage the offer generation and approval process
Understand and comply with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines
Manage service level agreements (e.g. time-to-hire)
Provide analysis of recruitment stats and activities to business partners on a regular basis
Partner with key lines of business to stay informed of trends and upcoming hiring needs
Communicate tactfully, professionally, diplomatically and confidentially at all times, providing detailed updates regularly
Have a strong “can do” attitude with the genuine commitment to customer service
What You'll Need:
5+ years of overall technical recruiting and sourcing experience.
Extensive Product Engineering recruiting experience within a fast-paced, SaaS environment.
Solid understanding of technical roles and requirements.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior-level technical positions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Exceptional closing and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
International recruiting experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $145,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
