Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech or enterprise environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale product design work
- Mastery of Figma and familiarity with modern design systems
- Skilled in web and mobile UX patterns, prototyping, and interaction design
- Experience with HTML/CSS/JS or front-end collaboration is a plus
- Exposure to banking, investment, or financial technology products is desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Calm under pressure and able to receive and implement detailed feedback
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident leading projects from concept to execution
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX/UI design efforts on complex fintech products across web and mobile platforms
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Manage communication with clients to present ideas and iterate based on detailed feedback
- Work across all design phases—from research and user flows to prototyping and final visuals
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and execution
- Create scalable design systems and consistently deliver functional yet delightful experiences
- Stay current on design trends and industry best practices
- Act as a design lead on projects when needed
