What you'll be doing...

  • Create journal entries to record transactions on a modified cash basis.
  • Reconcile all cash and investment accounts monthly.
  • Prepare financial statements accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Monitor and facilitate appropriate and timely processing of Trust expenses.
  • Calculate premiums and administrative fees timely and accurately.
  • Back-up daily cash management and investment directives tasks, as needed.

Who you are...

  • Knowledgeable. Knowledge accounting principles and practices
  • Experienced. 1+ year of operational accounting; employee benefits experience a plus
  • Educated.  Degree in Accounting or related field or combination of education and experience
  • Team Player. Work independently as well as collaborate with others
  • Analytical. Able to quickly assess and analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Technically Savvy.  Proficient in MS Office with advanced level QuickBooks & Excel

If hired, you can expect...

  • Starting hourly rate of $30.70 - $41.54 per hour.  Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
