This role is critical in developing plans and objectives, providing data for management review, and tracking performance against plans. This role supports fulfillment director as director analyst.

- Develop, coordinate, and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Analyze and summarize data including budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs to support decision-making
- Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
- Partner with organizational leaders on long-range strategies, goals, and objectives
- Provide continuous assessment of meeting and review structures to improve effectiveness
- Develop executive-level briefings and lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of meetings and events
- Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to support organizational performance tracking
- Utilize best practices in email correspondence, meeting notices, formatting, and document management to enhance communication and efficiency
- Support safety and quality initiatives
- Foster a culture of first-time quality and continuous improvement.
- Assist leaders and teams in completing action items by setting reminders, facilitating meetings, and providing clear instructions
- Organize and maintain SharePoint and shared server content
Basic Qualifications:
- (Level : 3) 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
- 1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- (Level : 4) 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
- Proven ability to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at the Senior Executive level.
