As an Artificial Intelligence Enablement Partner, you will help define how AI is applied across Micron's Product Engineering lifecycle. This role blends hands-on solution design with strategic influence-you'll partner closely with engineers and leaders, lead high-impact AI initiatives, and help teams confidently adopt new ways of working with AI and automation.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive high-value AI and automation opportunities across Product Engineering workflows
- Design, prototype, and scale AI-powered and agent-based solutions from concept through deployment
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional AI initiatives with a focus on quality, scalability, and sustainability
- Mentor and enable teams to build AI fluency and adopt human-in-the-loop workflows
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and prioritization frameworks for AI investments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or memory technologies (DRAM, NAND)
- Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions in production environments and a genuine interest and ability to teach, mentor, and grow AI capability across team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence and partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience building or working with agent-based teams or systems
- Advanced experience with Claude Code
- Demonstrated success mentoring or teaching AI concepts to engineering teams
- Strong curiosity for emerging AI, automation, and workflow technologies
