Job Description
What you get to do in this role:

• Provide sustainable solutions to issues within Capacity Operations and Infrastructure.
• Lead collaborative efforts with partner teams to enhance the reliability and performance of Capacity Operations through better system design.
• Use your experience in areas like capacity management, software development, systems engineering, and hardware to proactively prevent repeatable issues and human errors.
• Foster a culture that discourages manual activity to create a highly automated environment that delivers very scalable solutions.
• Drive monitoring and automation initiatives.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• A team-oriented approach combined with a strong commitment to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Linux systems, preferably hands-on experience on Centos/RHEL.
• Postgres database administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in observability and monitoring of applications, services, and hardware resources at scale.
• 6+ Years' experience with DevOps automation, CI/CD pipeline, and agile methodologies.
• 6+ years of Coding in at least one language; preferably Python and JavaScript.
• Good networking knowledge.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies, preferably Azure & AWS.
• Experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform is a bonus.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $158,500 - $277,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
