Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Marketing Product Manager, Lifecycle Engagement to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for two of our most critical consumer lines of business, For Sale & Rentals. This highly visible role will own the end-to-end CRM product vision while also driving revenue growth and business impact across the Buyer and Rental experiences.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders — Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, Media, and Data Science — to deliver best-in-class solutions that help consumers find their next home while achieving measurable gains in engagement, retention, and monetization. This is an ideal role for a strategic and commercially-minded product leader who can balance bold innovation with disciplined, data-driven execution, inspiring teams to perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the CRM product strategy and roadmap for the Buyer and Renter consumer journeys for 2 main CRM channels, email and push notifications, aligning user experience innovation with business priorities and market opportunities.
  • Use the email and push notification channels to ensure consumers receive the most relevant listings based on their unique search activity, behavior on our site and app, and lifecycle stage
  • Define and execute a growth-focused roadmap aimed at improving user engagement, lead submission, retention, and incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with Research and Analytics to understand consumer needs, define audiences, and deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to build and launch high-impact experiments, campaigns, and features that create consumer value and drive business results.
  • Partner with Machine Learning team to optimize recommendations content and models, build new experiments leveraging ML and AI to drive engagement and revenue
  • Lead prioritization and tradeoff decisions across a wide range of initiatives, ensuring the most critical projects receive focus and resources.
  • Establish and track key business and product KPIs, including revenue, conversions, customer lifetime value, and engagement.
  • Use market trends, competitive insights, and consumer data to identify opportunities for differentiation and commercial growth.
  • Champion a high-performance culture within cross-functional teams, setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and fostering continuous learning and improvement.
  • Act as the strategic voice of the Buyer and Renter CRM roadmap with senior leaders, confidently presenting product direction, business impact, and performance updates.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of product management experience and experience with email and push notification channels, preferably within consumer-facing products or marketplaces.
  • Proven experience driving product strategies that deliver outstanding user experiences while generating measurable business impact — including revenue growth, increased customer lifetime value, and expanded commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to think like a business owner, considering profitability, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and long-term growth when shaping product direction
  • Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data, form insights, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Previous experience partnering with MarTech, machine learning, and engineering teams
  • Sharp business acumen; able to balance user needs with company priorities, identify revenue levers, and make product decisions that advance both product quality and financial goals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with complex cross-functional dependencies.
  • Previous agile experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.
  • Familiarity with buyer, rental, housing, or related industries is a strong plus
