Staff Product Manager, Activation - Hybrid - Seattle, WA (paid relocation available)


We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead activation for our property management product suite. This pivotal role will focus on unlocking the significant opportunity within the landlord segment, which is central to RentSpree’s future.

Today, our primary user base consists of real estate agents who assist landlords in marketing their properties and screening tenants. Your core challenge will be to leverage those existing relationships and guide landlords toward seamless adoption of our property management tools. You will own developing a deep understanding of landlord needs, defining the product vision, and executing strategies that drive activation, adoption, and growth within this critical vertical.

As you will partner closely with the engineering team, which is based in our Bangkok, Thailand office, effective collaboration across time zones will be essential for success in this role.

We are not looking for someone who focuses on incremental flow optimizations. Success in this role requires bold, strategic thinking and a focus on driving step-change improvements in activation and product adoption.


What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with User Research, Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to identify the highest-leverage opportunities to engage and activate landlords.
  • Drive the activation strategy and product roadmap in alignment with RentSpree's strategic goals.
  • Prioritize activation opportunities through strong product thinking and a hypothesis-driven approach. Validate assumptions through small-scale experiments before investing in larger solutions.
  • Think beyond incremental UX or flow optimizations. Identify and pursue bold, high-impact opportunities that create step-change improvements in activation rather than marginal gains.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision tied to business outcomes.
  • Make impactful decisions that influence high-level company metrics. Measure outcomes, extract insights, and share learnings across the organization.
  • Lead and execute effectively across two time zones (PST and Thailand GMT+7).
  • Proactively identify bold opportunities, challenge constraints, and drive innovation in a dynamic environment.
  • Use data, market research, and competitive analysis to shape product direction. Maintain RentSpree’s competitive edge by ensuring alignment with market trends and user needs.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to orchestrate acquisition, activation, and lifecycle efforts that increase landlord engagement and product adoption.
  • Author clear product briefs and requirements. Manage the product backlog, scope, dependencies, communication, and stakeholder alignment.

Skills You Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in product management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated success in product-led consumer activation
  • Strong product thinking and a hypothesis-driven approach, with a track record of validating assumptions through scrappy experiments before scaling solutions
  • Data- and metric-driven mindset, with the ability to focus on the right OKRs that tie directly to business impact
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, collaborate effectively across departments, and hold teams accountable
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive alignment and clarity in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Ability to support evening hours to coordinate effectively with engineering teams in Thailand
