  • Comprehensive Market Research:
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to explore opportunities and bridge gaps in our agency product offerings.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements that drive agency innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Lead collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product prioritization and alignment.
    • Foster an innovative and collaborative team culture, achieving excellence throughout the product development process.
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from concept to launch.
  • Data-Driven Performance Analysis:
    • Define, monitor, and analyze performance metrics to evaluate product success and highlight areas for improvement.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and prioritize innovative features.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) as a seasoned Product Manager, in an Ad-tech company with breadth and/or depth across Plan, Buy and Measure products and solutions.
  • Experience in product partnerships focused on data sharing integrations.
  • Exceptional cross functional skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
