About The Role
Fetch is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Fetch Labs to define and lead AI-powered product experiences that reach millions of consumers and transform how work gets done across the organization. This is a highly strategic and technical role at the intersection of consumer product, operations, and emerging AI capabilities.
You will own two complementary portfolios:
Consumer-facing AI experiences, including Fetch's in-app AI assistant, proactive personalized recommendations, and multi-agent systems that help users discover products, earn more rewards, and shop smarter
Internal AI-driven automation, identifying and reimagining high-impact business workflows that can be fundamentally accelerated or scaled through the use of AI agents.
This role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while building entirely new paradigms — both for how millions of users interact with Fetch and for how teams operate internally. You will partner cross-functionally across Consumer Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Operations, and GTM teams to ship AI-powered products that drive measurable impact for users and the business.
You'll be joining Fetch at a pivotal moment, as new technologies and tooling transform how we build, integrate, and scale our products.
Role Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fetch’s AI-powered consumer experiences and internal automation.
- Build and launch personalized AI features that improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Create seamless conversational experiences by combining multiple AI capabilities into a unified product.
- Partner with Design, Product, Engineering, and Data to define and deliver intuitive AI user experiences.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, and monitoring systems to ensure reliable, high-performing AI products.
- Lead experimentation across AI features, using testing and insights to improve user and business outcomes.
- Define the strategy and execution for AI-driven workflow automation across key business functions.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities where AI agents can improve speed, quality, and scale.
- Design end-to-end workflows that integrate AI agents with human decision-making, clear handoffs, and feedback loops.
- Partner cross-functionally to deploy agent-based solutions across internal tools, systems, and platforms.
- Continuously improve AI performance through experimentation, prompt refinement, model iteration, and data enhancements.
- Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders across the company.
Minimum qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful time spent on consumer-facing products at scale or platform/AI/ML products.
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features to end users — recommendations, personalization, conversational AI, or similar.
- Strong systems thinking and process design capabilities, with a track record of identifying and optimizing complex workflows.
- Technical fluency and comfort working with APIs, CLIs, data systems, developer tools, and emerging AI technologies (LLMs, agents, evaluation frameworks).
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product strategies and executable plans.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and driving measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where problem spaces are not yet fully defined.
Preferred qualifications
