What are we looking for?

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with deep expertise in User and Entity Behavioral Analytics (UEBA) and Threat Intelligence (TI). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to drive business outcomes and product innovation. This role requires exceptional skills in cross-team collaboration, product strategy, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-driven product requirements. This opportunity is ideal for a driven, business-oriented product leader who thrives on building solutions that address complex cybersecurity challenges while delivering measurable value to customers.

The role involves leading the end-to-end development of our UEBA product line and driving new product introductions while ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and competitive insights. It requires close collaboration with security research, data science, and engineering teams to deliver well-defined, prioritized features that consider scale, deployment models, costs, and operational efficiency.

A deep understanding of SOC workflows, including incident response, threat hunting, and analyst use cases, is critical to ensuring the product delivers real, measurable value. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to bridge technical depth with business impact, clearly communicating the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.

The position also requires analyzing the market landscape and customer requirements to propose innovative solutions and a clear, actionable roadmap. Ownership of product metrics is essential, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving accountability for measurable results.

What will you do?

  • Lead the end-to-end development of our UEBA product line, driving new product introductions and aligning with business goals, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate closely with security research, data science, and engineering teams to deliver well-defined, prioritized features that account for scale, deployment models, costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of SOC workflows, including incident response, threat hunting, and analyst use cases, to ensure the product delivers real, measurable value.
  • Bridge the gap between technical depth and business impact, effectively communicating the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
  • Analyze the market landscape and customer requirements to suggest innovative solutions and a clear, actionable roadmap.
  • Take ownership of product metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving accountability for measurable results.
  • You will work closely with various R&D teams, UX/UI designers, Knowledge owners, QA, and field-services (e.g. MDR and Support) to ensure successful product releases and high customer satisfaction while balancing fiscal responsibility meeting cogs and gross margin targets
  • You will write PRFAQs, Roadmap decks, EPICS, user stories, prioritize features, enhancements and sometimes bugs.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • You have at least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a Master’s degree, or 3 years with a PhD, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A cybersecurity background is essential, with a focus on security operations workflows, detection engineering, and threat hunting.
  • Previous experience as a threat hunter or security researcher is an advantage, as is familiarity with query languages such as SQL or Kusto.
  • You move quickly, embrace a growth mindset, and thrive under pressure without compromising on work ethics.
  • You bring a strong technical foundation to support both yourself and the team, while being eager to learn and contribute beyond your current expertise.
  • Collaboration and brainstorming are second nature to you; you lift up your team, recognizing that the product’s success is your success.
  • As a strong communicator, you excel at storytelling and presenting complex ideas clearly, bridging technical depth with a focus on delivering real business value.

Why us?

You will be joining a cutting-edge company where you will tackle extraordinary challenges and work with the very best in the industry.
