  • Proven experience building automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages
  • Experience working with APIs, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and workflow automation
  • Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and operational best practices in SaaS environments
  • Experience implementing or improving IT asset management (ITAM) and system inventory
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate systems and execute on consolidation, standardization, and deprecation efforts
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across SaaS platforms, integrations, and infrastructure-adjacent systems
Preferred
  • Experience in high-growth or cloud-native environments
  • Experience working with Identity providers (e.g., Okta, Entra)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, or GDPR
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Workato or similar)
